Once your establishment has informed ENSA-M that you are selected, you must complete the registration form : to be download
You are an ERASMUS Student :
- Learning agreement of your establishment ;
- Curriculum vitae with an ID photo ;
- 1 copy of your ID card ;
- 1 copy of your European health insurance ;
- 1 copy of your civil liability insurance (see heading « to help you ») ;
- An attestation of the French level B1.
You are a student with an AGREEMENT :
- Application form to be downloaded ;
- Learning agreement if your establiment has one; otherwise the application form will replace it ;
- Curriculum vitae with an ID photo ;
- 1 copy of your passport with visa ;
- 1 copy of your civil liability insurance (see heading « to help you ») ;
- An attestation of the French level B1.
The application form and/or the learning contract are to be completed carefully with the help of your administration and/or teachers.
If need be, the referent teacher for the destination may ask you for other documents, in order to help you in your study options.
You can send your application form by email or recorded delivery mail.
